Shipping & Delivery
ProjectorDisplay.com is committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. We shall endeavor to deliver your order within 7 working days upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday) after shipment date. Therefore, only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature.
DELIVERY PERIOD
Orders will be processed immediately from the time of payment received. We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Generally, most orders ship within 1-10 working days.
In Metro areas: 1 – 6 working days
In Non-Metro areas: 3 – 10 working days
If your delivery taking longer than this time, then please contact with us immediately.
CARRIERS
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers including GDEX, PosLaju, Pos Express, Skynet and City Link. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
SHIPPING COST
ProjectorDisplay.com provides free shipping facilities for most of the zone in Malaysia. Some zone and items are exempts from free shipping facilities. Therefore, exempts item will be charged as weight bases.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The most important things to remember, we’ll follow your shipping address that you will give with order submission. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order from our store upon successfully place an order. (Order Tracking) Here you’ll be able to see your order current status at any time. Also, we’ll keep you updated by email.
LOST OR DAMAGE
You are completely safe if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping. DO NOT accept the product from the courier representative if the seal is broken and call us immediately. Also, if you feel the package has been lost, opened before it reaches your hand or if it arrives damaged do not accept the package and please call us immediately. Once you’ve accepted the item(s) we are not responsible for further damages.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to your request for order cancellation. In this circumstance you can only apply for return when orders being shipped, but you must need to meet “Return Policy“.
PICK UP FROM STORE
We will process your order just in time if you choose pick up from store method while placing your order. So, you can receive your products any time from our store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipment is not available at ProjectorDisplay.com at the moment.
